Refund policy

Return Policy: 

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
• Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
• All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
• Exchanges can only be equal or lesser value of the original purchased product. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn.
• Any opened CDs, DVDs or Vinyls can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
• Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact Customer Service for issues concerning these items.
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund or exchange is processed.

Digital Refunds:

• Digital music purchases are non-refundable. All downloadable or streamable music sales are final, complete, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances are we able to refund the portion of your order that contains digital music.
• If you have trouble accessing the music, please reach out to us at teamaustinwilliams@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you can access your music ASAP.
